Helge Slaatto, Violine

Helge Slaatto, geboren 1952 in Oslo, ist Professor für Violine an der Hochschule für Musik Münster, wirkte als Konzertmeister beim Odense Symfoniorkester, Athelas Ensemble Kopenhagen. Er studierte bei Maria Lidka, Sandor Végh, Dorothy Delay. Renommierter Interpret zeitgenössischer Musik, umfangreiche solistische Tätigkeit, u. a. mit dem Koenig Ensemble London, Koechlin Ensemble, Randers Kammerorkester Dänemark, beim Bergen Festival, Cantiere Internazionale d'Arte Montepulciano. Meisterklassen in Deutschland, Griechenland, Dänemark und Portugal.

Helge Slaatto (violin) was born in 1952 in Oslo and studied with Maria Lidka, Sandor Végh and Dorothy Delay. He is Professor of Violin at the Conservatory for Music in Münster and was concert-master with the Odense Symphony Orchestra as well as the Athelas Ensemble Copenhagen. He is a renowned interpreter of contemporary music and still in great demand as a soloist, appearing for example with the Koenig Ensemble London, Koechlin Ensemble, Randers Chamber Orchestra Denmark, at the Bergen Festival and the Cantiere Internazionale d’Arte Montepulciano. He has given master-classes in Germany, Greece, Denmark and Portugal.

Frank Reinecke, Kontrabass

Frank Reinecke, geboren 1960 in Hamburg, studierte bei Klaus Stoll in Berlin, kam 1983 zum Symphonieorchester des Bayerischen Rundfunks, lehrte als Honorarprofessor am Mozarteum Salzburg und war regelmäßiger Gast beim Cantiere Internazionale d’Arte Montepulciano. Er spielte zahlreiche Uraufführungen von Solo- und Kammermusikwerken; Kammermusik u.a. mit dem Haydn Trio Wien, Pražák Quartett, Ensemble Recherche, Xsemble. Meisterkurse bei der Internationalen Sommerakademie Salzburg und bei der Mühldorfer Sommerakademie.

Frank Reinecke (double bass) was born in 1960 in Hamburg and studied with Klaus Stoll in Berlin, joining the Symphony Orchestra of the Bavarian Radio in 1983. He taught at the Mozarteum Salzburg and was also a regular guest at the Cantiere Internazionale d’Arte Montepulciano. He has premiered numerous solo and chamber music works. He has played with the Haydn Trio Wien, the Pražák Quartet, Ensemble Recherche, and Xsemble. He has given master-classes at the International Summer Academy Salzburg, and at the Mühldorf Summer Academy.
